OnePlus released information showing how the new Warp technology Charge 30 can charge up to 50% only 20 minutes with the McLaren One Plus 6T.
The Warp Charge 30 charger is a 30-watt charger capable of transmitting more current than conventional quick charge adapters because it transfers the heat and energy management to the adapter itself. The manufacturer guarantees that the Warp Charger adapter dissipates heat so that the smartphone hardly heats up. OnePlus engineers had to modify the security mechanisms of the OnePlus 6T McLaren edition against voltage fluctuations to adapt the gadget to a more powerful power adapter. They also added an eight-layer protective cap to the battery to maintain optimal temperature and not overheat.
As a result, the OnePlus 6T McLaren can be fully charged in one hour if you do not use the device. The company compares the charging speed with the Samsung Galaxy Note 9 and Google Pixel 3 XL smartphones, charged between 60 and 65% over the same period. On another graph, the manufacturer indicates that while playing, the battery will recharge to 90-95% in 60 minutes.
The manufacturer also noted that the Warp Charge 30 would not charge the other devices of the company at the same speed in the case of the OnePlus 6T McLaren. The smartphone is already available for purchase on the OnePlus website priced at $ 699 (£ 22,000).
