Windows 10 will increase significantly for Ukrainians, and that's why

Microsoft has literally announced the day that "a number of products" will become much more expensive as of January 1, and only in the territory of Ukraine. This most likely concerns Windows 10, Office 2019, Office 365 and other software products. A rather unpleasant gift from the company, since the same Windows 10 is considered a failing operator, due to many anomalies in the update, which resulted in the loss of personal data of the user and irrevocably because the system simply deleted them.

An official representative of Microsoft said that as of January 1, 2019, branded products will cost more than before. Everything is due to the changes of the Ukrainian legislation. Now, if a Ukrainian buys a license for a Windows 10 or Office 365 office suite via the Internet through an online store, he is not required to pay VAT. However, next year, this tax will come into effect for all digital services operating in Ukraine. Thus, the company is not guilty of having increased the prices of its products.

In practice, this means that Microsoft intends to increase prices by 20%.

Recall that Apple has again been accused of patent theft. This time, Apple accused the company of not relying on Qualcomm, which in the last month had tried to sue Apple for huge sums. According to the lawsuit, Apple allegedly stole patents for the creation of the Apple Pay contactless payment technology. The system is pretty simple, but Fintiv got a patent for this idea in 2011, while Apple introduced this feature in five years. Apparently, the company will search for information about children to pass on information to others who will continue to provide it with effective advertising. For example, Google apps keep track of the location of the child, as well as numbers in the address book.

Know that .u wrote that Facebook had been inundated with another scandal. The company is accused of selling personal information to third-party users, including Apple, Microsoft, Netflix and Spotify. And although companies claim to know nothing about it, Facebook's reputation suggests that it's the truth.
