Ultra Bonus Event Guide: Week 1 (2019)

The first week of Ultra Bonus Awards begins on September 2, 2019, at 1 pm and runs until 9 September 2019, at 1 pm PDT, bringing Johto beasts as raid leaders, brilliant Sentret and Gligar and Unown in 10 km of eggs. Today we will recap the rewards earned during this time and determine the best way to play during this week! Awards

Guide and Event Priorities

Priority

1. Catch a new bright Pokemon: Sentret and Gligar. Sentret and Gligar are the two new highlights of the event and should be easier to obtain during the event than after. The sentret is a widespread species, but Gligar could be a little tricky. We suggest you check them every time. Furret is an extremely tough opponent in coach battles.
2. Maximize the use of the incubator. With the efficiency of the incubator being doubled during the event, we advise you to keep the free incubator active as much as possible. With Adventure Sync (make sure it's on!) And a good walk, you should win a large amount of Stardust just from the hatch.
3. Raikou Farm Candy. Believe it or not, Raikou is one of the most powerful types of electricity to date and will likely remain so for years. Entei and Suicune being lower-level attackers – there is much better Fire and L & # 39; water guys out there – Raikou is the only one worth going for a raid. Johto Pokemon outstanding to watch

The following Pokémon in the Johto area are considered good PvP or PvE captures, so be sure to catch some if possible:

Marill

Azumarill is incredibly powerful in the Big League, so every Marill you catch the potential to become a threat. Look for good IV PvP and do not think twice.

Pineco

The evolution of Pineco – Forretress – is one of the most powerful Pokémon of the Great League, since it has been blessed with the legendary Steel typing. Make sure you get a few during the event, it's a staple in PvP.

Sneasel

Evolved in Weavile, a DPS Dark and Ice High Density Glass Cannon. Good for some raids, sometimes fun to fight.

Slugma

The boring fire snail still lives under the name of Magcargo in the Big League, where it surprisingly opposes the types of Forretress and Fire. Strange typing, niche use.

Swinub

Swinub is moving towards Piloswine and Mamoswine, the best type of ice we currently have in Pokemon GO. Mamoswine is of an absurd force, make sure to grow swinub sweets if you can.

Skarmory

Flying Steel Great League problem. Get a good one, spend some dust, keep it and cherish it. Skarmory is ranked 5th Best Pokemon in the Big League by PvPoke.com. It's pretty good for one of the worst PvE Pokémon in the Johto area (no laughs)!

Larvitar

There is no "I have enough Larvitar sweets". Tyranitar is one of the most versatile Pokémon ever to be added in Pokemon GO, and Larvitar candy making is the only viable way to fight the tyrant army. Do not jump!
