At the end of the eighth episode of WandaVision, it appeared that SWORD has brought Vision back, but the colors indicate that this is a different robot.

WandaVision’s eighth episode ended with a huge fan-favorite comic book moment as SWORD unveiled its new weapon; a ghostly white vision, reconstructed using remnants of Wanda’s hexagonal powers, stolen thanks to the spy drone that crossed the magical barrier of Westview.
White vision comes from West Coast Avengers comics, where the US government broke down and wiped out Vision. When the Avengers reassembled him, they didn’t have the brainwaves available to give him emotions and empathy. This version could also play as the Anti-Vision of Another Earth who changed bodies with the White Vision to infiltrate the Avengers, so WandaVision could show a Vision vs. Vision fight in the final episode. However, there are some clues that something else is happening here, and this new white vision might not even be Vision at all – it could be Ultron himself.

The colors of the “soul” of each robot have always been different from each other. The vision is yellowish orange, thanks to the mind stone that gave it life. The white vision that SWORD director Tyler Hayward created has a bluish tint that made that white vision ghostly, meaning it could be more than just a loving homage to the classic. West Coast Avengers version of the synthezoide. It could all come down to Avengers: Age of Ultron and the battle between JARVIS and Ultron.
Before Vision was a synthezoid who worked with the Avengers, he was the AI Tony Stark used to do everything, essentially acting as Stark’s computer assistant. In Age of Ultron, the titular villain came online for the first time. When JARVIS greeted him, Ultron attacked and the two had a huge cybernetic fight. This fight was shown inside the computer network, with JARVIS represented by yellow-orange colors and Ultron represented by blue-white colors. The fight then moved outside of the computer system, with the Ultron attacking and eventually gaining the upper hand, destroying JARVIS and becoming sensitive.
Since the colors of Ultron and Vision are already established, WandaVision may have already tip his hat on what fans can expect in the season finale of the Disney + series. Because SWORD’s Vision matches the robotic villain’s colors, he just might become Ultron.
Given that James Spader is set to be on the show, it seems all the more likely that Ultron will show up. With the colors aligned WandaVision, it wouldn’t be surprising to see the two beings created by Stark face off in the ultimate rematch of the MCU’s most powerful robots.
