JACKSONVILLE – Alignment continues to take shape.
The Jaguars announced on Sunday that they have agreed to contract with 21 uneducated freelancers, which, with seven selections in the NFL 2019 draft this weekend, means 28 rookies will be on the team's list. season during the coming week.

* Khairi Clark (6-1, 309), defensive tackle, Florida. He started 14 of 50 games in four seasons, recording three sacks and 4.5 tackles for the loss. He played 13 games last season as part of Florida's defensive lineup rotation.
* Joe Giles-Harris (6-2, 234), linebacker, Duke. Invited to the combine harvester from some of the fifth-to-sixth rounds, Harris started 34 of 34 games with Duke and was selected at the All-Atlantic Coast conference for the past two seasons. In 2017, he was selected by several organizations for the second and third All-America team and was captain of the team last season. He recorded 9.5 sacks with two interceptions in three seasons.
* Donnell Greene (6-5, 335), offensive lineman, Minnesota. After being transferred from Coffeyville Community College, Greene played 29 games over three seasons in Minnesota. He was a selection of the Honorable All-Big 10 Honorable Conference Awards in 2017.
* Tae Hayes (5-9, 188), corner half, Appalachian State. Screened as a possible selection for the seventh round, Hayes has started 33 of his 52 career games – and his last 26 career games. He has recorded nine career interceptions, including 33 defending passes, 135 tackles, 8.5 defeat tackles, 1.5 sacks and 2 blocked shots – and has been selected at the Belts of the Sun conference for the previous two seasons. He had four interceptions as a senior.
* Raphael Leonard (6-2, 197), wide receiver, Southern Illinois. Selected in the second division of the Missouri Valley Conference as a senior, Leonard started 18 of 22 games in two seasons in Southern Illinois after being transferred from the East Mississippi Community College. He captured 91 passes for 1,397 yards and seven touchdowns in both seasons, including 57 receptions for 847 yards and seven touchdowns last season.
* Carson Meier (6-5, 254), tight butt, Oklahoma. Selected in the second division by the league coaches as a senior, he started 12 of 54 career games with 12 starts as a senior. He had 19 passes for 327 yards and four touchdowns as a senior.
* Picasso Nelson Jr. (5-10, 193), corner half, south of Mississippi. Thrown by some as a last-minute pick, he has played 11 games this season after missing the 2017 season due to an injury. He started 31 games in his first three seasons. He had an interception and 59 tackles last season.
* Mark Sanford (5-10, 189), cornerback, Murray State. He started 32 games out of 44 with five interceptions and 31 assists in four seasons. He also had a return of interception for a touchdown as a freshman.
* Saivion Smith (6-1, 199), cornerback, Alabama. A harvest guest who was projected at the height of a third round pick, Smith was not transformed after giving up his senior season. He played a season after his transfer from Mississippi's Gulf Coast Community College after signing with the state of Louisiana. He started 12 of 15 games last season and recorded three interceptions with a defended pass.

* Bunchy Stallings (6-2, 324), offensive guard, Kentucky. Screened as a late pick, Stallings has started 26 of 41 games in Kentucky, including 25 in the past two seasons. He played in the East-West Shrine game in January and was a selection of the first Associated Press All-America team and a consensual selection of the first team of the Southeast Conference in 2018.
* Connor Strachan (6-0, 230), linebacker at Boston College. Drafted as a seventh-round pick, Strachan missed the last 10 games of his 2017 senior season and was rewarded with a medical redshirt by the NCAA. He returned in 2018 and was selected in 2018 for the third time at the All-Atlantic Coast Conference. He scored nine career bags, two interceptions and 34.5 tackles for the losses.

* Papi White (5-8, 188), wide receiver, Ohio. He has played 43 career games with Ohio, totaling 161 passes for a total of 2,620 yards and 19 touchdowns in four seasons. He was converted to a wide receiver before his junior season and captured 62 passes for 987 yards and nine touchdowns as a senior.
* Andrew Williams (6-4, 294), defensive tackle, Auburn. He has played 53 career games in Auburn, recording five sacks and eight tackles for the loss with 71 tackles in total. He scored 16 tackles last season, including three for defeat and a sack last season.
* Andrew Wingard (6-0, 209), Security, Wyoming. Wingard played in 51 career games with four sacks and 25 tackles for the loss. He emerged as a freshman and also finished his career with 10 interceptions. He was considered one of the best unprepared prospects.
* Zedrick Woods (5-11, 205), security, Mississippi. A guest at the competition who was to be selected in the third round, Woods started 38 of 49 college career games. He recorded 5.5 tackles for the loss, six interceptions and 17 assists defeated in four seasons.
