I tweeted sunday afternoon that the top-seeded players of the 2018 NCAA Tournament are Duke, Virginia, North Carolina and Gonzaga – and in that order. I was so glad that the selection committee finally saw it the same way. And the latest edition of this season's CBS Sports Top 25 and 1 Daily Basketball Universiary is proof of that.

But it was obvious early on that the Blue Devils were the most talented and the best team in the country – especially when they scored 34 points in Kentucky at the opening night of the season at the Classic Champions in Indianapolis. If the Blue Devils had been as healthy all season as today, they would probably have entered the selection Sunday with a single defeat (against Gonzaga on neutral ground). It's simply an incredible collection of talents brought together by Mike Krzyzewski – that's why the Blue Devils could soon become the first team of history to have three players selected in the top five of the same draft NBA.
