Windows 10 May 2019 update requiring 32 GB of storage
The next update of Windows 10, scheduled for next month, is expected to increase minimum storage requirements to 32GB. The Windows 10 May 2019 update will bring this new storage requirement from 16GB to 32GB for 32-bit and 64-bit versions of Windows 10.

OneNote must receive a new "coming" update that will add a new page template feature, as well as the ability to sort / filter pages.

Google is starting to deploy native support for black mode in Chrome version 74, but you can activate it now.
Google Chrome on Windows 10 finally gets a native dark mode. Version 74 is being deployed for users. If Windows 10 is set to its native dark theme, Chrome automatically goes into dark mode.
Microsoft confirms that it will not remove MS Paint from Windows 10 at this time.
To the applause of Windows veterans, Microsoft has confirmed that it will not remove Microsoft Paint from Windows 10, at least for now, even though Paint could be removed in a future version of Windows 10. Its ultimate goal is to replace Paint by Paint 3D.
