Erron Brown was arrested by US Marshals near Atlanta.
Brown went peacefully to the US Marshals on Thursday morning in a parent's home in South Fulton County, Georgia. He was taken to Fulton County Jail where he will be treated before the start of the extradition proceedings, which will take him back to Alabama.
Frank Lumpka, US Marshal, said that the Atlanta region task force had been contacted Wednesday evening by the Gulf Coast Regional Working Group, after obtaining an arrest warrant against Brown .
