NEW DELHI – Police in the Indian capital said they found 11 bodies in a house under mysterious circumstances on Sunday, 10 of which were blindfolded and hanged.
The victims were all from the same family and most lived at home where they were found in the village of Burari in the northern part of New Delhi, said police officer Vineet Kumar.
