A Georgia between two planes nearly boarded a plane at Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport without a boarding card or piece of ID after he ran away from his home Friday, the newspaper reports.
According to the Transportation Security Administration (TSA), the 11-year-old boy managed to pass the main security checkpoint without a plane ticket.

A representative of the TSA told WSB-TV that, as the boy was a minor, he was not required to present a piece of identification. And since it's been reviewed, this has not been considered a breach of security.
After the unidentified child passes the security check, he allegedly attempted to board a Delta flight pretending to be part of another family. However, the family told police that the boy was not with them. Asked about the whereabouts of his parents, the boy ran away, WSB-TV reported.

Officers eventually caught up with the boy and contacted his mother, who did not know that he was at the airport.
Although the mother refused to comment on this incident on WSB-TV, she blames the airport for allowing her child to board an airplane.
"Okay, you should be at the airport to ask them how that happened," said the mother to Jones.
