Three people died of breast cancer after catching the deadly disease at the same donor, according to reports.
The 53-year-old female donor gave her kidneys, lungs, heart and liver to patients after a stroke in 2007.
But, as doctors never took the cancer cells into its vital organs, they acted like a deadly Trojan.
According to the American Journal of Transplantation, four of the five recipients died within six years.
Three of them died after catching breast cancer, which then spread to their healthy organs.

And the heart patient died of sepsis, which occurs when the body attacks its own organs while trying to treat an infection.
Experts said that the chances of contracting cancer following an organ transplant are only 1 in 10,000.
This case was revealed by the University of Tübingen in Germany and by the University Medical Center VU in Amsterdam.
They stated that the first patient who became ill with the transplant was a 42-year-old woman who had received both lungs.
She died in 2009 after the cancer that started in her lungs spread to her bones and liver.

Tests were immediately performed on the 62-year-old woman who had the left kidney and the 32-year-old man who had the right kidney.
While the man survived, the woman died two months after being diagnosed with liver cancer in 2014.
The third patient to die of breast cancer was a 59-year-old woman who had received a liver.
Her tumor was discovered in 2011 but she refused a new one and finally died in 2014.
