"Famous in Love" was canceled at Freeform
The series directed by Bella Thorne was broadcast on the cable network for two seasons. Based on Rebecca Serle's novel, the series followed student Paige (Thorne) while she gets her big break after auditioning for the lead role in a Hollywood blockbuster. The news of the cancellation comes a few weeks after the cancellation of the Freeform series "Shadowhunters".

The series was one of the least rated originals of Freeform, with the season average 2 a grade of 0.1 in adults of 18 to 49 and 254,000 viewers per episode. Nevertheless, King will stay in business with Freeform. The showrunner has already created the hit series Freeform "Pretty Little Liars" and is currently preparing the series "Pretty Little Liars: The Perfectionists".
