Producers announced Monday that the musical based on the much-loved 2001 film Baz Luhrmann with the same name will be on Broadway in the summer of 2019. It will begin previews at Broadway's Al Hirschfield Theater on August 28. June, with the official opening on July 25. .

Red Mill! The musical was written by John Logan (red) and is directed by Alex Timbers (Peter and the starcatcher) with a choreography by Sonya Tayeh.
