Rapper 50 Cent carried his quarrel with fellow rapper Ja Rule to a higher level. The star claims to have bought 200 seats near the scene of the next show of his rival.
Ja Rule plays a show in Arlington, Texas on November 9th. 50 Cent, in an Instagram post since deleted, claimed to have purchased 200 seats for the show for the sole purpose of keeping them empty. He also mocked the low price of the Ja Rule ticket, set at $ 15.
"People think I'm bad, so go see that. $ 15. Wait what I'm doing now lol, "writes the caption on page six.
He later commented, "I have just bought 200 seats in the front row so that they can be empty LOL."
The relationship between the two Queens rappers goes back several decades and, as Vulture reports, has become violent at times. Although most people have been peaceful in recent years, 50 seems to have revived the quarrel with his last ticket, caper.
To add insult to injury, 50 Cent uses his Instagram to taunt Ja Rule since the beginning of the story.
"Lol at $ 15, you can not lose, I have 200 tickets for 3 groups," he wrote on an image of the two.
He also shared a falsified picture of himself sitting in a sea of empty seats as well as a video of a previous Ja Rule concert spliced with images of a multitude of empty seats.
"That's what I was rocking before I went out," he wrote in the caption of a photo of young Ja Rule. "Now you owe me a lot and you never forget it."
Ja Rule did not respond directly to the snafu ticket in addition a simple tweet: "I find myself under the skin @ 50cent … I love it !!!"
