KATMANDOU, NEPAL – Seven people, including South Korean mountaineers, were killed and two others are missing on Gurja Himal Mountain after the violent storm that swept their base camp, the Nepalese police said on Saturday. A storm destroyed their camp on Friday night and two rescue helicopters were unable to land due to poor weather conditions on the mountain Saturday, police said.

Villagers who reached base camp on Saturday afternoon found the bodies of four South Korean mountaineers, two Nepali guides and another unidentified person, while the search was continuing, the official said. the police Bir Bahadur Budamagar.
