Vicki Gunvalson and Shannon Beador both launched under the knife for plastic surgery duels in the Monday episode of The Real Housewives of Orange County.
The 56-year-old "GCO of the OC" was given a five-minute facelift and neck lift while the new single, Shannon, had her eyes focused on improving her dating relationships.
Vicki was filed with the doctor for her surgery and was asked if she wanted to be resuscitated if something went wrong.

Shannon came out of the surgery and went home with swollen, bruised eyes.
Kelly and Gina Kirschenheiter visited him after the operation and Kelly asked him if his face hurt.
