Wisconsin prosecutors have lodged a complaint of motor vehicle homicide against a 21-year-old man who, according to police, inhaled chemical fumes before dropping his truck into a group of girl scouts, killing three children and one adult.
The 11 charges brought against Colten Treu on Tuesday include four counts of homicide on a vehicle and four counts of murder. The penalty for these charges is up to 160 years in prison.

Saturday's accident killed 9-year-old Jayna Kelley and Lake Hallie's 10-year-old Autum Helgeson and 10-year-old Haylee Hickle and her 32-year-old mother, Sara Jo Schneider, of Ville de Lafayette. .
Treu is being held on bail of $ 250,000. A passenger in Treu's truck told the police that he had seized the steering wheel when he had seen that Treu had "escaped control".
