Big Brother alum Christmas Abbott has had some legal trouble.
Abbott was arrested and charged with criminal mischief on Tuesday in Tampa, Florida, confirmed PEOPLE.

According to the online arrest records, Abbott never held prison cell and was released later in the afternoon.
Abbott would have gone after an altercation with her ex-boyfriend's new girlfriend in August, when the reality star was still pregnant. Abbott reportedly threw a cup of coffee on the woman and allegedly hit her car on the parking lot of a Tampa gymnasium, according to TMZ.

According to TMZ, Abbott believed that his ex-boyfriend was cheating on her with the woman. Abbott would have called the other woman "a pathetic little slut" during the incident.

Although the ex-boyfriend and the woman involved are not named, Abbott, who has qualified for the last three Big BrotherThe 19th season in 2017, shares a son with fitness star, Benjamin Bunn.
Abbott gave birth to his son Loyal Atticus less than a month ago. The incident would have occurred before the birth of the baby.
A few hours after his arrest, Abbott posted a nice video of Loyal Atticus sleeping on his chest.
"How could I ever have enough of that sweet smile," she wrote. "I can literally watch it and watch it all day just to watch it and maybe see a little laugh or laugh. It just lights up my heart and makes me bloom!
