I always liked the fact that West Ham's Paolo Di Canio chose to catch the ball rather than scoring when Everton goalkeeper Paul Gerrard was lying on the floor, injured in the penalty area. He won the 2001 FIFA Fair Play Award for this.

I hear that Guardiola actually tried to talk to the fourth person responsible for not imposing a penalty. Yet he has not protested enough that this is not given.
