What with Goku getting his own parade balloon to help promote the upcoming Dragon Ball Super: Broly movie, we now have the final trailer and it’s pretty great.
The whole premise of this new Broly movie ties back to the start of the series and how Goku, Vegeta and Broly are all connected.
This updated version of Broly also looks incredibly fierce and that’s only backed up further by Goku and Vegeta having to team up yet again. Not to mention what looks like some pretty incredible animation.
What’s interesting here though is how this links into the whole Dragon Ball Super setup, as we have Beerus, Whis, as well as Golden Frieza, show up and I am very interested to see how all these characters work together in the final film.
This is because this is the second movie about Broly, as the first movie Dragon Ball Z: Broly was released back in 1993.
That first movie set up the Legendary Super Saiyan and now it looks like this story will be retold and updated, so how that will work is something that has definitely piqued my interest.
With the Japanese premiere of Dragon Ball Super: Broly next week on November 14, it won’t be released in theaters here until a month later on December 14. The U.S. theatrical release is later still on January 16.
So if you want to see what looks like an epic Saiyan showdown, then it’s only a few months away until we get to find out what this updated version of Broly is truly made of.
