A Queen of Orlando will participate in the fourth season of RuPaul's Drag Race All Stars, which will begin next month.
Trinity Taylor, who was among the four finalists last year in season 9 of RuPaul's Drag Race, will be back for the All Stars edition.
The show will feature episodes of 90 minutes and will air at 8 pm. Fridays It begins on December 14 on VH1.
In last season's final, RuPaul marveled that Trinity had reversed its low approval ratings to reach the four finals. Trinity was even mentioned in a "Saturday Night Live" skit. Auto repair shop workers, including host Chris Pine, revealed that they were "Drag Race" fans.
"I do not care about the quality of the Trinity Taylor cup," said a worker played by Bobby Moynihan. "She's from the pageant circuit, right, and these bitches never win."
After his expulsion, Trinity, a former Miss Pulse, received praise from host RuPaul. "You're an amazing queen and thank you for this fantastic season," RuPaul told him. Trinity talked about her connection to the Pulse nightclub when I interviewed her last year.
Friday's press release for "All Stars" reads: "Trinity Taylor is back under the name of Trinity the Tuck … and this tuck has teeth! On Season Nine, the contest queen, with her body for days, made us laugh until the top four. But now, full of confidence, she is here to claim her place in the Hall of Fame "Drag Race". "
One of the nine other queens comes from Florida: Latrice Royale (Season Four and "All Stars" One) from Hollywood.
Five of the others are from Los Angeles: Farrah Moan (new season), Gia Gunn (season six), Jasmine Masters (season seven), Manila Luzon (season three and All Stars) and Valentina (new season).
Other hopes: Monet X Change (New York Season Ten); Monique Heart (Season Ten) from Kansas City, Mo .; and Naomi Smalls (Season Eight) from Chicago.
To celebrate the new "All Stars" season, Logo will broadcast a one-week marathon on all episodes of "RuPaul's Drag Race" and "RuPaul's Drag Race All Stars". The marathon takes place from 22 h. Friday, December 7 at 8:14 pm.
A special holiday is also on the way. "RuPaul's Drag Race Holi-Slay Spectacular" will be presented at 20h. December 7th on VH1. This special brings back Eureka O'Hara, Jasmine Masters, Kim Chi, Latrice Royale, Mayhem Miller, Shangela, Sonique and Trixie Mattel in the first American Drag Race Xmas Queen race.
It's a very good year for RuPaul's Drag Race, which won the Emmys award for its exceptional reality contest and the organization of a reality contest for RuPaul Charles. Judge Carson Kressley was the grand marshal of talent at Come Out With Pride Orlando last month.
