LUMBERTON, N.C. (AP) – A 13-year-old girl abducted from a mobile home park in North Carolina is offering a total reward of $ 20,000.
According to press reports, Lumberton police said Friday that Governor Roy Cooper's office was offering US $ 5,000 for information leading to Hania Noelia Aguilar. The FBI is offering $ 15,000.
Family members said the eighth grader was out last week to launch the SUV from a family member and prepare to leave for the bus stop. Police said that a man then forced her to ride a SUV and started.
The FBI said the SUV was found Thursday in Lumberton, several kilometers from the mobile home park. Chief of Police Michael McNeill asked residents in the area to check if their properties were unusual.
Investigators seek help identifying a person seen on a surveillance video near the scene.
