Members of the Baraboo Young Professionals group have invited interested people to visit the county courthouse on Monday afternoon to "eject negative attention" to their city and "shake it off" ". Their invitation asked people to bring symbols of love.

Wisconsin's elected Democratic governor, Tony Evers, said high school students doing what appears to be a Nazi salute on a photo have "no place in Wisconsin".
Evers is the director of public schools and defeated Republican governor Scott Walker last week.

Evers said: "As elected officials, we have the responsibility to set the example for a generation that grows up in a climate where they see this behavior tolerated." He says that he will be in contact with officials at the Baraboo School and that "intolerance and fanaticism should never be tolerated, whether in our schools or anywhere else."
Walker's spokesperson, Amy Hasenberg, did not immediately respond to an email requesting a comment.

Baraboo's superintendent Lori Mueller said she saw the picture on Monday after posting it on social media. Mueller says the photo appears to have been taken last spring and was not on school grounds.
Mueller says the photo does not reflect the values of the district and that the administrators will take the measures that impose. The Baraboo police are also investigating.
