Recap of the Giants against the 49ers: 12 statistics showing it was the best NFL game for the 10th week

Raise your hand if you thought the Monday night game between the Giants and the 49ers would be the most entertaining game of the week. After a series of breakouts and double-digit victory margins during week 10, two of the worst teams offered us a stable burner to finish the weekend.

Here are some numbers that help paint a picture of the 27-23 win on the Giants road Monday night.

2: The Giants played the same game twice in the red zone against the 49ers. The first time, Eli Manning canceled a pass for Odell Beckham Jr. in the end zone. In the second pitch, Manning hit Odell perfectly for a touchdown that reduced San Francisco's lead to 20-17.

4: Odell Beckham Jr. scored two touchdowns in the match, which is his season total. That's four touchdowns for the season for you who counts at home. Before this match, he had not scored a touchdown since October 22 against the Atlanta Falcons – also on Monday night football.

1: The former Browns, Bills, and Patriots receiver, Corey Coleman, had a pass for the Giants (I did not even know he was in the Giants). Coleman was also a big weapon in the second leg. He scored three shots for 92 yards, including one of 51 yards that helped set up a touchdown plan.

110.7: It was Eli Manning's pass mark for the game. For the third time, Eli Manning has eclipsed a pass of 100 this year. The other two times, he lost to the Atlanta Falcons and the Houston Texans. If they do it seven more times, they will reach Odell Beckham Jr.'s goal of a 9-7 season.

36: Monday night's game was marked by Eli Manning's 36th win. According to ESPN Stats & Info, only Drew Brees and Ben Roethlisberger have had more since 2004. Manning led Sterling Shepard for the winning score at 53 seconds:

97: The 49ers outshot the Giants by 97 yards. San Francisco is 374 yards out of 277 in New York. They also scored 5.5 yards per game against 5.0 yards per game.

5.5: The difference between last week's attempts by Nick Mullens against the Raiders to date. Mullens threw 11.9 yards per attempt against the Oakland Raiders and 6.4 yards per attempt against the Giants. Even though he launched two interceptions, he still gave the team a chance to win at the end of the match.

42: Odell Beckham Jr. and Eli Manning qualified for their 42nd career touchdown. This is the biggest success in Giants history for a pair of quarterback receivers.

2nd and 3rd: If the NFL draft was held today, the 49ers would hold the second choice and the Giants the third (the Raiders would get first). If Monday's game is an indication, secondary help may well be on the way to San Francisco.

27: In both games won by the Giants this season, they scored 27 points. They beat the Houston Texans in the third week, 27-22.

5.9: Second-year running back Matt Breida had a better night on the floor than General Saquon Barkley's second choice. Barkley averaged 3.3 yards per race, compared with Breida's 5.9. It was not a bad night for Barkley, however:

69: Eli Manning completed 6 of 9 passes for 69 yards and the starting score.
