Regarding RAW Women's Champion Ronda Rousey vs. SmackDown Women's Champion, Becky Lynch, Dave Meltzer of The Wrestling Observer Information Letter reports that he confirmed that the match was removed from the WWE on Sunday Survivor Series pay per view.
As previously reported, Fightful said the match had been stopped because Becky was suffering from a concussion and a broken nose under the RAW invasion angle of last night, apparently in the hands of Nia Jax. She was examined by doctors after the RAW last night and did not immediately go to St. Louis with the rest of the blue mark team. It's unclear what WWE has planned for Rousey on Sunday or whether they are still planning to make the match at a later date.
Becky's actual injury has not yet been confirmed, but Meltzer has noted that she is currently not allowed to fight.
WWE should address the situation during the episode of Tonight's SmackDown. We asked them for a statement and will keep you informed.
Below, a fan-friendly video of Jax's shooting at Becky. According to Fightful, there would be heat on Jax because of the injury.
Jesus …… it's brutal from this angle. Such a stiff shot is useless. I really hope that Becky Lynch is fine. In other news, f – k Nia pic.twitter.com/wTwUlE5xGk
