SANTA ANA, California –

Police are looking for a suspect in a violent attack on a Santa Ana McDonald's manager after asking for ketchup.

According to the authorities, on October 27, around 11 pm, a woman entered the back door of the restaurant, located on North Bristol Avenue. and asked the ketchup workers.

The store manager informed the woman that she could not be in the McDonald's employees area. The woman became violent and kicked, punched and choked on the manager.

"The manager says," I'll be happy to help you. You'll just have to take the lead, "and for whatever reason, she's responsible for the assault," said Capt. Anthony Bertagna.

The video of the incident shows the suspect wearing a pale pink t-shirt and dark gray trousers. One can see the woman slamming the head of the director against a drink dispenser, hands around his neck.

Other staff rushed to the director's assistance as the fight was heading towards the window of the driving service.

The suspect, with her hands still tied around the manager's neck, continued to violently push the victim against the walls and drink dispensers, spilling drinks and throwing things to the ground while a customer was waiting in a vehicle to the window.

At one point, the video seems to show a man dressed in a gray hoodie that rushes into the restaurant through the same back door and escorts the suspect, who seems to be gathering quietly, outside.

"There is no reason for an employee of a company to be attacked by a customer, let alone not to have enough ketchup," Bertagna said.

The Santa Ana police are urging anyone with information about the suspect's identity to contact investigator L. Delisle at (714) 245-8647 or Orange County Crime Stoppers at 1-855-TIP- OCCS.
