The Milton Police Service discovered that they were dealing with furs after receiving several calls from residents who had spotted disoriented raccoons that they feared to be enraged.
When the authorities responded to these calls and gathered the creatures, they quickly realized that they were not enraged, just a little emeded. According to the department's Facebook page, police have picked up several of these drunk animals up to now. After arresting the raccoons, the officers allowed them to calm down before releasing them unharmed in the wild.

It seems that most of the raccoons in the Milton area are killed and not enraged, but the authorities still do not want to take any chances.
