Half Lovato is recovering in a normal life after the time spent between girlfriends

Everyone needs little girl time once in a while.

As Half Lovato continues to recover after detoxification, the pop superstar withdrew and tried to regain a normal life. Well, just with a few more photographers than the average Joe.

Thursday night was no exception, as the singer "Sorry Not Sorry" was seen dating friends in the Los Angeles area.

In photos obtained exclusively by E! News, Demi wore black denim jeans, white sneakers and a gray t-shirt for his party. In fact, we saw Half laugh and chat with girlfriends.

And like any young man of 26, Demi could not help but check his phone. After all, she recently posted on Instagram Stories that she had got some new numbers.

While Demi has a low profile on social media, fans will be happy to hear that the Grammy candidate is very focused on her health as she continues to work on her sobriety.

"She works with a coach several days a week, eats well and really has a completely different mindset," said a source at E! New. "She has followed all the steps and guidelines put in place by her specialists."

Our insider explained that Demi spent a lot of time with his mother. She also has mandatory registrations with doctors.

As for his recent spottings with designer Henri Alexander Levywe are told that the pair does not go out together. Instead, he simply helps him to recover and acts as a "sober companion".

"Half wants to meet people who share the same ideas and Henri has good energy for her," said a source. "They spend a lot of time together, but Demi does not focus on dating, and half is very focused on her health."

As far as her family is concerned, they are proud of all she has done for three months of treatment in a rehab center. They also hope for a positive future.

"She's happy, she's healthy, she's working on her sobriety and she's getting the help she needs." Dianna of the Garza shared with Newsmax TV. "That in itself encourages me for his future and for that of our family."
