NXT TakeOver: WarGames will fall tonight and the WWE Survivor Series is the next night in Los Angeles. After most big pay-per-views, we still have the chance to see an NXT Superstar receive its main checklist. But rumor has it that two names make their main entrance into the lineup.
Joe Peisich said on Barnburner's podcast No Holds Barred that he had heard two Superstar additions to the main list. But the real question is who will receive the call.
"Two of the guys from what I hear, two of what I hear from all the matches we're going to talk about [during NXT TakeOver: WarGames] will be called to the main list the next Monday or Tuesday for SmackDown. Maybe Aleister Black, Johnny Gargano or Tommaso Ciampa (I do not think he retains the title) or the Velveteen Dream. "
It seems that WWE has incredible options for recruiting new talent. It will be exciting, as are all the main commands in the NXT list. But if I were a betting man, WWE did not prove that it was very much interested in NXT characters.
