ORLANDO, Florida (AP) – Fans of "Star Wars" will soon be able to pilot the Millennium Falcon and take on Kylo Ren in action.
Disney Saturday announced some details on the new grounds of "Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge", which will open in 2019. He also announced that composer John Williams, creator of the classic themes of "Star Wars", was writing a new music for "Galaxy's Edge" attractions, and shared a preview.
The two landmark attractions of the "lands" currently under construction will be "Millennium Falcon: Smuggler's Run", in which guests can take control in three different roles, and "Star Wars: Rising Resistance", offering an "epic battle" between the First Order and the Resistance.
The attractions should open at Disneyland Resort in the summer of 2019 and at Walt Disney World Resort in the fall.
