Team Raw: Sasha Banks, Bayley, Mickie James, Nia Jax and Tamina

SmackDown Team: Asuka, Carmella, Naomi, Sonya Deville and Mandy Rose

Changes occurred during the launch event, including rookie team captain Alexa Bliss, who ruled out Ruby Riott and Natalya, in favor of Bayley and Sasha Banks, as well as the captain of the SmackDown team, Naomi , revealing Charlotte Flair's replacement, Mandy Rose.

Nia Jax received a huge heat as she cleared the curtain. The crowd holding her responsible for Becky Lynch's injury was injured Monday night.

Naomi and Tamina started the match for their respective teams, the former showing speed and agility to try to surprise his opponent earlier. The action quickly collapsed, with both teams entering the ring and unloading one on the other.

In the middle of all this, Naomi ate a Tamina superkick, ending her night prematurely. (Elimination: Naomi)

Carmella answered, immediately roll Tamina and send it. (Elimination: Tamina)

The Princess of Staten Island called for a dance break but found herself in the unenviable position of arguing with Jax. She quickly turned to Rose, who faced her biggest opponent without fear and delivered a big knee that left Jax looking for a beacon. She found one and James entered the match.

Asuka entered a big pop and found herself face to face with James, fans chanting her name as she battled the women's champion six times. The empress of tomorrow has trapped her in a roll-up but was almost surprised by a roll-up of James.

Deville then scored, bringing his quick strikes to the game against veteran James. Bayley then scored and immediately delivered a rolling elbow to Deville. James re-enrolled quickly as Corey Graves explained that James wanted all the glory.

Rose, immersing himself in the ball, pinned James to the dismay of his friend and partner, Deville, who had flattened the long-time competitor with a moving knee. (Elimination: Mickie James)

Carmella and Bayley clashed, the former mocking Banks. Bayley was recovering from the injury and delivering his suplex Bayley-to-Belly for a quick fall. (Elimination: Carmella)

Rose, the conversation about the match at this point, took the fight to Bayley while Graves continued to support the Golden Godess unreservedly. The banks came in and listened to Rose in the bank statement. (Elimination: Mandy Rose)

Asuka teamed up with The Boss in what would have been a dream match if WWE Creative had not done such a bad job of managing The Empress since WrestleMania. It was also short-lived, as Deville returned to the game. She wiped out and pounded Banks, trying to neutralize his opponent faster.

Jax broke a deville tomb attempt and paid for it, devouring a big kick from Asuka. Banks responded for Team Raw and delivered a meteor near the ring.

Bayley delivered a Bayley overhang at Belly to Deville at the ring 's edge and none of them could match the referee' s tally. (Double elimination: Bayley and Sonya Deville)

Asuka faced a two-to-one disadvantage in front of the unenviable task of fighting Banks and Jax for the right to lift their arms in victory. She found herself face to face with Banks, the dream match coming back. A big knee to Banks' figure and a German suplex had the empress roll.

Banks was panicked as Asuka was referring to the dominant force she had fallen in love with during her days in NXT.

Asuka and Banks have engaged in a quality counter-fight before a double knee attack in the corner gains the advantage from Banks. As Banks climbed the ropes, Jax pushed her inexplicably to push her into Asuka 's lock. (Elimination: Sasha Banks)

Jax entered the ring after the fall and landed with a series of leg drops at Asuka and a Samoan drop for three. (Elimination: Jax)

Analysis

A better match than the opening match, it allowed many less famous stars of SmackDown to shine, especially Deville and Rose. They have been allowed to score impressive eliminations and to demonstrate their considerable growth and evolution as competitors in the ring.

The reservation was somewhat questionable at first, especially with the elimination of Naomi's team captain at the top of the match and Jax's insane betrayal.

Still, The Irresistible Force has accumulated a ton of warmth for itself and the right team has set to work.

On the contrary, this match did a fantastic job in making this author a draw for a possible match Asuka vs. Banks.
