The bad QB have received a lot of work this season
Of course, this is a familiar scenario and not at all unexpected in a season full of teams that have spent the former quarterback of the San Francisco 49ers in favor of a bad game of quarterback.
The Buffalo Bills have started Derek Anderson and Nathan Peterman (twice!) This season with rookie Josh Allen injured.
The Jacksonville Jaguars left behind poor Blake Bortles and returned his work, neglecting to remedy a critical weakness of a team that would otherwise be built to compete at the Super Bowl.

Kaepernick's statistics are undeniable
And before Kaepernick's choir begins to hate, here are his statistics.
In 2016 – his last year in San Francisco – Kaepernick earned a 90.7 as a quarterback, scoring 16 touchdowns and 4 steals with an average of 7.2 yards per attempt in 12 games. He averaged 6.8 yards per run while totaling 468 yards and two touchdowns.
He's the same quarterback who did not win a Super Bowl, with a career rating of 88.9 and a 2: 1 interception ratio for his career, averaging 6.1 yards per race.
In comparison, Sanchez has a career score of 73.9 by joining as many interceptions (86) as he has touchdowns.
If you can look at these stats and continue to argue that Kaepernick is not a quality player in the league, then that's a problem you are having.
Redskins fans should ask Kaepernick for training
Kaepernick is not a superstar. But it is a very good quarter that could be welcomed by a rival team needing quarterly help under normal circumstances.
But these are of course not normal circumstances.
The case of collusion between Kaepernick and the NFL continues as teams constantly demonstrate that they would rather bail out their season than sign it.
