WINDSOR, CT – December 2-8 is National Influenza Immunization Week and the Windsor Department of Health will participate in the Connecticut Health Ministry's 2018 vaccination campaign by offering a public vaccination clinic on Saturday. December 8 at Windsor City Hall. 275 Broad Street, 9am to 12:30 pm for ages 5 and up.
If you have not received your flu shot the first week of December, it's not too late, the flu season continuing until May. For those attending the clinic, please bring your insurance card (s).
If you do not have insurance, the flu shot is FREE. The consent form can be found on the city's website that you must complete and bring with you to the clinic.
