Chandra's X-ray observatory also put online a video of Abell 1033. In the description of the video, it states: "Studies on Abell 1033 and other clusters of galaxies in fusion help scientists better understand the physics that occurs when these cosmic giants collide. "
According to NASA, within Abell 1033, the galactic collision interacts with another energetic cosmic process, namely the production of high-speed particle jets by the spiral material in a supermassive black hole. The jets are visible to the left and right of the image, added the space agency.
