The beloved rapper and native of Long Beach, Snoop Dogg, considered a legend of rap, received a star on the Walk of Fame in Hollywood on Monday.
Family and longtime friends gathered for the unveiling of the star right in front of the El Capitan entertainment center on Hollywood Boulevard, where was "Jimmy Kimmel Live!". is saved.

Kimmel was there to honor the 16-time rapper at the Grammy Awards. Dr. Dre and Quincy Jones were also present to celebrate.
