An aspiring actress filed on Monday a motion for an injunction against lawyer Michael Avenatti.

Avenatti was arrested under the domestic violence charge, but was released later in the day on a $ 50,000 bail and was not formally charged.
He first described the charges as "completely false."
"I want to thank the hard-working men and women of the LAPD for their professionalism. They did their work only in the light of completely false allegations against me, "he said after his arrest.

Daniels, who claims to have had an affair with Donald Trump in 2006 and to have been secretly paid to keep quiet about it, said that she would look for a new lawyer if the allegations of spousal abuse against Avenatti were true.
