Who is Mareli Miniutti? Estonian actress places blocking order against Michael Avenatti

The actress Mareli Miniutti filed an injunction against Michael Avenatti, the lawyer who represents adult film actress Stephanie Clifford, aka Stormy Daniels, in her lawsuit against President Donald Trump.

Miniutti filed on Monday the motion to obtain a restraining order to communicate to the Los Angeles County Superior Court.

Miniutti would be native to Estonia, Eastern Europe, and would be in his twenties. According to IMDB, Miniutti has had credited roles in films, including Sargasso and Forgetting Sandy Glass, and uncredited roles in movies, including Ocean's 8 and How to be single.

His Instagram account has been set to private.

Online records show that a Mareli Miniutti resides in Los Angeles and is a former resident of New York.

One of his agents, his agent, told Buzzfeed News that he no longer represented her.

Avenatti was arrested by Los Angeles police last week after being charged with domestic violence. The LAPD has not revealed the identity of his accuser.

Blast News was the first to report that Miniutti had requested the ban. The application does not detail the reasons for the request.

In a tweet on Monday night, Avenatti responded to allegations of domestic violence, saying he was a "target".

"I'm looking forward to seeing my name clarified and to disclose all the facts. I have never abused a woman nor committed domestic violence against anyone. Any claim to the contrary is completely false and fabricated. I am a target. And I will be exonerated, "tweeted the lawyer.

And later on Monday, he tweeted, "There is nothing more powerful than video evidence. NOTHING! I will be fully exonerated. "

The lawyer has become a regular guest on the network's news since he introduced Daniels, criticizing the Trump administration.

Last Wednesday, he was arrested on suspicion of domestic violence following an alleged incident in western Los Angeles.

"We can confirm that today, LAPD detectives have arrested Michael Avenatti for suspicion of domestic violence.The investigation is ongoing and we will provide more details as soon as they are available, "released the LAPD Twitter account.

In a statement made last week, Avenatti called the accusations "completely false".

A hearing on the filing of a restraining order is scheduled for early December.
