Four people were found shot dead in a basement in Philadelphia [Video]

Two men and two women were found shot dead in the basement of a house under renovation on Monday. Police received a call in the morning to check on the welfare of people who were at home after a family member arrived to find the door ajar. The officers who responded found the four people in the basement, each shot in the head.
