"The Nissan then taped a Toyota van and a guardrail before coming to rest on I-24's Silliman Evans Bridge."
Inspectors from the Tennessee Department of Transportation determined that the concrete was not part of the bridge structure, but looked more like a roadside, according to the statement.
The department looks for local monitoring sequences and searches for the origin of the concrete to find clues.
The police are asking anyone who knows where the piece of concrete comes from to call the Crime Stoppers line at 615-742-7463 to provide them with information.
