Madonna spends Thanksgiving with the people who matter most to her.
On Thursday, the legendary 60-year-old "Like a Virgin" singer shared a rare Instagram photo of her six children – Lourdes, Rocco, David, Mercy and the Estere and Stella twins – while the family was vacationing in Malawi.

Madonna shares Lourdes with her ex-boyfriend Carlos Leon, had Rocco with her ex-husband Guy Ritchie and adopted David, Mercy, Estere and Stella from Malawi in 2006, 2007 and 2017, respectively.
"What I'm most thankful for!" Madonna subtitled the sweet snapshot. "My kids have been driving on roads and have opened doors that I would never have thought of crossing."

"Fame, Fortune and Broken Records could never match what I cherish and enjoy most," she added, including #blessed, #grateful, #children and #family hashtags. "Happy Thanksgiving from Malawi!"
Madonna, who founded the Raising Malawi charity in 2006, has returned to the country several times over the years. In July 2016, Madonna and her offspring stopped in the orphanages where David and Mercy lived.

In July 2017, Madonna, Rocco, David, Mercy and the twins traveled to Malawi for the opening of the Mercy James Institute of Pediatric Surgery and Critical Care at Queen Central Hospital, funded by Raising Malawi.
In July 2018, Madonna and the six children visited the hospital to celebrate her first birthday.
