A journalist covering a football match in the United States is much closer to the action than she thought after being stuck to the ground by one of the live players.
ESPN reporter Laura Rutledge stood outside and spoke in front of the camera as two players headed for her.
The University of Georgia player, Prather Hudson, was blocking an opponent when he crashed against Mrs. Rutledge and threw her to the ground.
Fortunately, everyone was fine, the reporter sending a tweet to thank everyone for helping him get up.
Mr. Hudson apologized on Twitter, but he did not stop there. He also decided that it would be an excellent opportunity to ask Ms. Rutledge to write online: "Hey @LauraMRutledge, really sorry for knocking out, but … I can pick you up at 7 am."
But the married journalist had none and simply replied with a smiling emoji.
