AMHERST, N.H. (AP) – Authorities in New Hampshire have announced that they have arrested a man during the shooting death of a man in Amherst.

The Attorney General's office announced Thursday in a press release that Bryson Peluso, 27, was charged with second degree murder in the death of 23-year-old Brandon Kluz in a house. They said that Kluz was shot early Thursday. An autopsy was planned.

Peluso was scheduled to appear in Nashua on Friday. It was not known immediately that he had retained the services of a lawyer and could not find him a phone number.
