HOUSTON – Houston police announced that she was investigating a homicide case following the arrest of a man who had undressed after running in front of a detention facility. Whataburger.
Police said the man had assaulted the perpetrator and caused chaos inside and outside Whataburger, in the 9500 block of Rue Bissonnet.
Police said that the man was undressed and that he was struggling to control him.
Eventually, while they were trying to place him in a squad car, the man collapsed and did not react anymore, police said.
The man was rushed to a hospital where he died.
Police said the man was suffering from a laceration of two inches, but did not know if it would lead to death.
