CINCINNATI – A young boy was "abandoned" in a JCPenney in Symmes Township on Friday morning, according to the Hamilton County Sheriff's Office.
The authorities are looking for Quincy's parents, a 3- to 4-year-old boy who was found walking alone around 12:10 pm in the store at 9365 Fields Ertel Road.

Quincy weighs 2 kilograms and weighs 35 pounds and has brown hair and eyes. He wears blue jeans, black Nike shoes with Velcro, a black jacket with red and white stripes and a gray t-shirt with Hot Wheels on the front.
