After returning from rehab, Lovato was spotted in Los Angeles, including a visit to the gym and a visit to an office building on Nov. 7.
Sources had previously told people that Lovato continued to focus on recovery from his rehab, sharing the time between his mother's home, Dianna De La Garza, in Los Angeles and a sober living facility.
