Safety Damarious Randall thinks the Cleveland Browns will win Sunday if the Cincinnati Bengals catcher, A.J. Green can not play.
In fact, Randall expressed his belief in clear terms when he spoke to several media outlets in the Cleveland area on Friday.
"If they do not have A.J., they get beat up," Randall told reporters.
His reason?
"The offensive does not score a lot of points when A.J. is not on the field," Randall said. "So, of course, losing a guy like this is zero for the entire offensive because he is part of this type of generational players."
Green missed two games due to an injury to the toe. It is listed as questionable for Sunday.
"I hope he's playing," Randall said. "To make the game more interesting."
Green played 13 games against the Browns, winning 10 wins; he has 62 receptions for 952 yards and seven touchdowns in his career against Cleveland.
The Browns travel to Cincinnati with 25 straight wins on the road, one less than the NFL record. The Browns have not won two games in a row since November 2014.
