On the same day that Miley Cyrus celebrated her birthday – surrounded by family members such as fiance Liam Hemsworth and dad Billy Ray Cyrus – her younger brother, Braison Cyrus, announced her engagement with visual merchant Stella McBride on Instagram.

"She said yes My life has changed amazingly this year, but the most amazing thing was meeting you and falling in love with you," wrote Braison, 24, in a social media message on Friday morning. "I love you with all my heart and I can not wait to marry."
The model posted a picture of himself and his love sharing a kiss while showing his new ring.
Sharing the same photo, McBride said, "The love of my life – nothing has ever made me happier than saying yes forever with you. You are the sweetest of souls and I can not wait to be your wife … "
Braison asked the stylist's hand in marriage with a striking and unusual ring with an oval opal rather than a diamond and a gold band that resembled a delicate leafy vine.
The engaged couple is less than a year old.
Mom Tish Cyrus also posted a picture of the happy couple on her Instagram account.
"She said YES," wrote 51-year-old Tish. "Congratulations @braisonccyrus @stylesofstella # love # shesaidyes #family."
Braison, a musician who has also starred in movies such as 2016 heels and Doc in 2001, published many photos on Instagram showing his love for McBride and calls him "his best friend".
Dozens of fans left comments on the ad on Instagram congratulating the couple, and many also congratulated McBride's "gorgeous" engagement ring.

As Braison was sealing the agreement with McBride, he is not sure he went to the family party to celebrate Miley's 26th birthday with his other siblings, Noah and Trace Cyrus.

Miley and Hemsworth recently lost their home in Malibu in the devastating Woolsey Fire, which destroyed more than 1,600 homes and killed at least three people.
On November 13, Hemsworth published a photo showing the house in ashes, with the word "L-O-V-E" surviving the flames.
"Happy birthday to my sweet daughter," Hemsworth, 28, wrote about Miley on social media in honor of her birthday. "You are more precious than ever, so grateful to have you in my life."
