A man was shot down during a day of shopping in a New Jersey shopping center at Black Friday, where terrified customers were running and hiding in shops.
The man was shot in the wrist on Friday night at the Jersey Gardens Mills in Elizabeth, said city spokeswoman Kelly Martins. She added that her injuries did not threaten her life.
No suspects were in custody, and the victim did not cooperate with the police, Martins said. The police were looking at the camera images.
The mall was evacuated after the shooting, which occurred in a hallway between a Tommy Hilfiger store and a Marshalls store, Martins said.
