Fiance Liam Hemsworth posted a picture of Cyrus looking happy under an arch of colorful balloons with a sweet caption.

"Happy birthday to my sweet daughter, you're more precious than ever, so grateful to have you in my life," he writes, adding an emoji heart.

Her father, singer Billy Ray Cyrus, also published photos of the family celebrating her big day.

"Grateful for this moment," he subtitled a photo of himself with Miley, Hemsworth, and other family members, including Miley's younger sister, Noah, and his mother, Tish. .
