Reign was spotted at a football match supporting his former college, Georgia Tech, as they battled their rivals, the Bulldogs of the University of Georgia.
The star of the WWE Reigns – his real name Joseph Anoa – played for Georgia Tech as a defensive lineman in the mid-2000s, before choosing the fight over a potential career in the NFL.
After his cancer announcement shocked fans and other wrestlers, Reigns was upbeat before Saturday's game at Sanford Stadium in Athens, Georgia.
Before the kickoff, a film crew from Georgia Tech posted a clip on Reigns on Twitter.
Reigns jokes: "I'm the real big dog here, Hell, Georgia, baby."
The fans were thrilled to see Reigns in public.
In response to the clip, one of them wrote, "I do not know what it is, but it's so nice to see his face."
Rhiannon wrote: "Keep fighting champion!"

Georgia Tech has never defeated his university rivals while Reigns was in the team, and unfortunately, he was not to be a lucky charm for Saturday's game, while Georgia had lost 45-21 winners to qualify 11-1.
The 33 years Reigns revealed his battle against leukemia in October – and said that he had been fighting the disease for 11 years.
Reigns dropped out of the WWE World Championship title in the opening minutes of Monday Night Raw.

Stars from around the world, including John Cena and Ric Flair, were among those who paid tribute to Reigns.
He would have started his cancer treatments in early November, without specifying the date of his return.
The star tweeted in response to the wave of support following her decision to retire, thanking her fans.
Reigns said: "Your energy and your positivity motivate me to recover quickly to get back into the ring, but for now I'm going to spend time with my family and focus on health."
